INFORMATION QUESTIONS
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How does the Preloved rental process work?
Preloved rentals at ROUGE & REBEL operate on a fixed 4-day rental period, plus one day for turnaround. A $50 refundable security deposit is required at checkout to secure the booking. At this time, rental items are only fulfilled through private pickup or local delivery.
Can I buy a Preloved item instead of renting it?
Yes, many items in our Preloved collection are marked as "Rent or Buy". If you choose to buy the item, standard shipping zones apply and the rental deposit does not apply. However, items with an active or future rental booking cannot be purchased until the rental period is complete.
Does ROUGE & REBEL ship to the United States?
Yes, all Fresh Love purchases and eligible Preloved purchases ship across configurable zones in Canada and the United States. Please note that rental items are strictly excluded from shipping.
What categories of fashion do you carry?
We offer extensive collections of clothing, jewellery, and accessories. You can filter our catalogue by Hers, His, or Unisex to find exactly what you need.
